Clothing and helmets
Riders need an approved equestrian helmet, fitted long pants, and a shoe or boot with a defined heel.
Weekly enrollment
Monthly tuition holds the same recurring weekly place. A first month can be prorated when enrollment begins after the first.
Absences and makeup credits
Eligible absences can receive a credit for an available class at the same level, with up to five makeup credits per enrollment year.
Leaving the program
A thirty day notice period keeps the place active before it becomes available to another rider.
Rider progression
Advancement is based on demonstrated mounted skill, horse care, theory, and readiness rather than time alone.
Before leaving home
A short first lesson checklist.
- Confirm the current arrival instructions from the Austin team
- Wear fitted long pants and footwear with a defined heel
- Bring water and secure long hair
- Arrive with enough time for a calm introduction
- Share any relevant confidence, sensory, or physical needs in advance
